The International School of Bologna (ISB) is an independent entrepreneurial endeavor founded in 2004, which prepares students for a global future with infinite possibilities. As an IB World School, ISB offers the academically rigorous International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP) and the Diploma Programme (DP) to a culturally diverse cohort of learners aged 3 to 18. The school's conceptually driven, inquiry-based pedagogic approaches to learning and teaching place students at the center and encourage them to believe in their own abilities, follow their hearts, and take bold intellectual risks. ISB thus focuses on developing empathetic, critical thinkers and problem-solvers, equipped with skills to become guardians of a better and more sustainable world, both locally and globally.

"Our role in the YSC project takes on several forms: our IT director is leading the building and GDPR certification of the platform, our head of school is the pedagogical chair on the project and one of our educators will be designing the platform as well as contributing to the development of content and lesson plans housed within it. We are very much looking forward to this experience and being able to both contribute our expertise and learn from others throughout the duration of this exciting project."
